    About this project

    The Sanctuary at Yates Mill is a mid-sized custom home community between Cary and Raleigh. Design Element was contracted to provide the design for both entrance monuments in addition to the community signage. The monument consists of natural stone ashlar cut veneer on CMU block with tapered columns, parged sign wall, flat cut aluminum signage, custom decorative street posts, and a coordinating mailbox kiosk.
